Coco milkshake

Today, laziness was in power.

I ate and slept all day long. I have been waiting so much for a day like this.

After a well deserved nap, I needed something sweet, extra tasty and homemade. The first thought that came in my mind was a Milkshake.


  • 1 big glass of rise milk
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut butter
  • 1 teaspoon of peanut butter
  • Less than half teaspoon of carob powder

Usually I use Scotty, but Joya was the only rise milk my mom found. She helped me with the shopping this time. The difference is that Joya has no added sugar, while Scotty has no added sugar and also no gluten.

Mix everything up in a blender and here’s the result:
