Carrot juice? NO, Goji berry Lemonade

Yes, the color is quite misleading, but it’s not carrot juice.

We all know that goji berry is a fruit full of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, vitamin A, fiber, iron, zinc, antioxidants, but there are people like me, who doesn’t find it really tasty and a bit too sweet.

In this situation, I had to find the perfect way to integrate it in my alimentation: Goji berry lemonade!

  • Lemon
  • Mint
  • Water

Simple, tasty and so healthy!
